Be prepared to have your taste buds dazzled by innovative takes on classics prepared by Chef Jay, including our delectable lobster rolls, oyster po boys, mouthwatering tuna poke bowls, lobster bakes, low country shrimp boil, catch of the day, scallop sliders, fish croquettes and more – all made from the freshest local, seasonal and sustainable seafood paired with the freshest local produce on the East End.

We have a passion for succulent, delectable briny oysters, and offer a rotation of the best the North Fork has to offer, each reflecting their unique merroir. We also have a fondness for local wine and beer.
